Seasonal Ethiopia Natural from the Damo coffee station in Sidama, sourced from 500 smallholder farmers across highland areas including Bombe, Faficho, and Shantawene. The beans are grown at elevations of 1900 to 2100 meters and are mixed heirloom varieties processed using natural methods. Light roasted to highlight fruity and floral aromatics with notes of berries, florals, and chocolate. The dense light roast benefits from degassing for 3-4 weeks post-roast.
