A Colombian organic coffee blend produced by a group of smallholders in the Tolima region, organized under the Asociación de Cafés Diferenciados Brisas Nevado de la Vereda El Mirador. Processed using the traditional washed method — cherries are picked, pulped, washed, and dried on patios or raised beds. The region is known for varied microclimates and high altitudes. An Arabica coffee roasted to a medium level, highlighting natural brown sugar sweetness with tasting notes of toffee, hazelnut, and cocoa nib.

Rave Coffee
Rob and Vikki Hodge founded Rave Coffee in Cirencester in 2011. The roastery moved into a renovated building on Phoenix Way in spring 2023, housing two Loring roasters, a 70kg and the original 35kg. They roast to order daily and have accumulated over 24,000 five star reviews. The Independent voted their subscription the Best Overall Coffee Subscription in 2024. Rave is a 1% for the Planet member and has planted over 22,000 trees through a partnership with One Tree Planted. Their range covers blends, single origins, pods, brew bags, cold brew, and green beans for home roasting.
