A microlot Gesha from La Divisa in Quindio, Colombia, processed via a short 24-hour dry aerobic rest followed by a controlled 50-hour carbonic maceration in sealed GrainPro bags and finished on raised beds. The coffee is floral and lively with jasmine aromatics, juicy passion fruit, and a soft cola-like finish. Roast level is light, highlighting delicate florals and bright, sparkling tropical acidity.
