Serene

About This Coffee

Serene is a Colombian specialty decaf sourced from smallholder farmers in the Huila and Tolima regions, grown at 1600–1800 meters altitude. The coffee uses Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties processed using the washed method. Decaffeinated naturally using the Ethyl Acetate (sugarcane) process, this coffee offers tasting notes of golden raisin, biscuit, and apricot jam. It delivers a clean, balanced cup that maintains clarity and sweetness while preserving natural aroma and flavor integrity.
