A single origin Ethiopian coffee from Daye Bensa's Gatta Farm, located in Shantawene Village, Sidama Bensa. The farm sits at an altitude of 2120–2230 masl within a natural forest setting. Processed as an anaerobic natural, this coffee features the Ethiopian Heirloom varietal. The cup is fruit-forward and jammy with tasting notes of strawberry, caramel, rambutan, lotus cookie, and dried peach, with a lingering finish. Roasted light/medium and specifically prepared for espresso. Cup score: 90.75.
