A single origin Grade 1 Arabica from Shantawene, Sidamo, Ethiopia, produced by Faysel Abdosh at Testi Coffee. Harvested in February 2022 at 2100 masl. Processed using an anaerobic natural method involving 7-day sealed fermentation tanks monitored for oxygen levels and temperature (15–18°C), followed by a two-stage drying process. Features Ethiopian Heirloom varietal with a floral and tropical fruit profile. Tasting notes include rose, blackcurrant, mango, raspberry, and brown sugar. Roasted light/medium and suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
