Shift Work is a blend of dark roasted organic coffees from Central and South America and Africa. The coffee uses washed processing methods and features origins from Central/South American and natural East African beans. It has a heavy body with flavor notes of dark chocolate and cherry. The coffee is roasted dark enough to provide a rich body without bitter aftertaste, making it suitable for those who enjoy cream and sugar.
Calioh Coffee was founded in 2015 by husband and wife team Tom and Janine O'Neill, with a roastery in Camarillo and a retail café in Moorpark, California. All coffee is roasted on a Loring Smart Roast S15 Falcon, an energy efficient machine that produces 80% less emissions than traditional roasters. The range includes single origin coffees, blends, seasonal micro lots, and USDA Organic certified options, sourced through direct trade relationships and specialty importers. Calioh supplies wholesale to cafés, restaurants, and offices across Ventura County and is an active community partner through local events and fundraisers.
