Washed Sidra coffee from Hacienda la Papaya in Saraguro/Loja, Ecuador, grown at 1,900-2,100 meters altitude by producer Juan Peña. The Sidra variety mother plants were established in 2013 and cultivated in sandy-clay loam soil with drip irrigation. Processed with a 15-hour washed fermentation and carefully controlled drying. Features pomelo, lemongrass, and yellow peach notes with crisp acidity and a sweet, juicy cup profile.
