From Palanda, Zamora Chinchipe, Ecuador (1400–1600 MASL), this lot combines Sidra (≈75%) and Wush Wush (≈25%) grown by the Quevedo family. Processed as a natural anaerobic (96-hour sealed fermentation) with slow drying in Loja, the cup shows raspberry sour-candy and magnolia notes. Filter roast for clarity and brightness.
