This decaf blend combines coffees from Guatemala and Indonesia, processed using the Swiss water decaffeination method. The Swiss water process is a natural, chemical-free method that removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the coffee's flavor complexity and intensity. The blend features tasting notes of biscuit, cocoa, toffee, and salted caramel. It is described as having chocolate and caramel characteristics with nuts and spice elements. The coffee is suitable for multiple brewing methods including filter, French press, and espresso.
