A half-caf single origin coffee from the Popayán region of Colombia. This coffee is a 50/50 blend of caffeinated and decaffeinated beans. The Meseta de Popayán, located in the Andean mountain range, provides ideal climatic conditions for growing specialty coffee. Half of the beans undergo the environmentally-friendly Sugarcane E.A. decaffeination process, while the other half are washed processed.
