The Brazil component comes from Café Delas, a project created to help women farmers access resources and knowledge to grow their operations. The Colombia component is from a collective based in Planadas, Tolima region, where 35 farming families have united to build on coffee growing culture. The blend features tasting notes of chocolate, toffee, raspberry, and orange. Suitable for espresso or filter brewing, and can be enjoyed black or with milk.
Murmuration Coffee Co. is a specialty roastery based in the Chichester area of West Sussex, founded by Dom Pulleyn, a veteran of some of the UK's biggest specialty coffee names and a competitor in the UK Barista Championships. The name evokes the unity and interconnection of a murmuration of starlings, reflecting the roastery's emphasis on relationships throughout the supply chain. Dom sources coffees with a focus on provenance and quality, working with producers like the Ospina family in Huila, Colombia, whose Linocaro farm has placed repeatedly in the Cup of Excellence. The range spans single origins from Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, and Colombia alongside signature espresso blends.
