This is a single origin coffee from Papua New Guinea, specifically from the Eastern Highlands region in the Obura-Wonenara District. The coffee is processed at the Lamari washing station using a fully washed method. It is grown at altitudes between 1700-2000 meters above sea level. The varieties include Arusha, Blue Mountain, Bourbon, and Typica. The flavor profile on black coffee features floral notes, citrus peel, and dark chocolate, while on milk coffee it presents raisin and raisin chocolate notes.
