This coffee is a single-origin offering from El Pino, Peru, grown by second-generation farmer Salomon Estela at an altitude of 1850–1870 meters. The coffee is a Marshell variety processed using the natural method. It features a light roast profile with distinct flavor notes of 7 UP, malt chocolate, and cranberry.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots. With head roaster Jessie leading the vision, they believe all coffees should be drunk with excitement, sourcing some of the most adventurous varietals and processes in the coffee landscape.
