This Specialty Blend 80/20 consists of 80% Brazilian Arabica from Monte Carmelo and 20% Ugandan Robusta from Turaco. Both components are processed using the natural method. This dark-roasted coffee offers an intense, deep, and full-bodied profile with flavor notes of roasted caramel, dark chocolate, molasses, smoked plum, and a subtle hint of whiskey. It is designed for fans of classic Italian-style espresso, providing a smooth, sweet-bitter cup with a long finish. The roastery operates from Dubois in Gliwice and sells both beans and brewing equipment through its website, offering a complete specialty ecosystem for customers in the Silesia region and beyond.
