Arabica Cau Dat green coffee harvested from Cau Dat (Da Lat), Lam Dong at about 1550 MASL. The beans are Catimor variety and sold as green (unroasted) Arabica. Processed using a fully washed method and sun-dried (humidity 10–12%, dried to ~12.5%), the coffee presents tasting notes of chocolate, nutty, sugarcane and apple and is recommended for espresso or pour-over brewing.

The Married Beans is a specialty coffee producer and roastery based in Đà Lạt, Vietnam, founded in 2015, with a focus on vertically integrated production from farm to finished coffee. They collaborate with more than 60 local farmers across approximately 150 hectares to produce high-quality Arabica coffee. The Married Beans positions itself as both a coffee production company and an educational hub, offering farm tours, training programs, and reference cafés to promote transparency and coffee knowledge.
