This specialty coffee originates from the Beshasha washing station in the Jimma Zone of western Ethiopia, at an altitude of 2,100 meters above sea level. Produced by Mustefa Abakeno, a small producer farming 18 hectares, the coffee features Heirloom varieties processed using a washed method involving fermentation in tanks for 8–12 hours and drying on raised beds. The sensory profile is floral and smooth, with aromatic notes of floral, fruity, and mandarin, and a very sweet taste with medium rounded acidity and a very clean cup. GCB Score: 87.00 points.
