A single-origin coffee from the Western Province of Rwanda, sourced from the Abadatezuka Cooperative at the Cyato Washing Station, grown on the edge of Nyungwe Forest at 1850–2200 m altitude. The variety is Bourbon, processed using a washed method with a soaking step. Flavor notes include oolong tea, elderflower, and vanilla, with fine and slightly vinous acidity, yellow fruit sweetness, and a silky body. Grown without chemical inputs in a biodiverse setting.
