This is a single origin coffee from Rwanda grown by the Baho Ikizere Women Group, made up of single mothers and widowed women. The coffee features Red Bourbon variety grown in the Southern Nyaruguru District at altitudes between 1550-1850 meters. It is washed processed using a traditional manual depulping method where the women hand-depulp the cherries together. The coffee is roasted to a medium-dark level and works as both an espresso and filter coffee. Flavor profile includes candied ginger, tea, and strawberry finish.
