Starr Berry is a single-origin coffee from Nyamasheke, Western Province, Rwanda, produced by Gasharu Coffee at an altitude of 1650–2100 masl. It is an Anaerobic Natural-processed Red Bourbon varietal with a light yet well-rounded mouthfeel. The coffee is fruit and berry-forward with vibrant aromatics, offering tasting notes of Star Fruit, Earl Grey Tea, Blueberry Scone, Raspberry, and Hazelnut. It scored 88.00 on the cup score and is suitable for both filter and espresso preparation. Roast level is Light/Medium.
