About This Coffee

This house blend combines 50% Brazilian Arabica with 50% Guinean Robusta for a balanced espresso. The Brazilian component comes from the APAS cooperative in São Gonçalo do Sapucaí, grown at 950-1260 meters altitude. The coffee features Catuai Vermelho, Catuai Amarelo, and Mundo Novo varieties, naturally processed. The Guinean Robusta comes from Macenta Beans in the Macenta rainforest region, grown at 600-1100 meters altitude from wild plantations, honey processed. The coffee offers nutty and chocolatey notes with molasses, gentle chocolate and nut flavors meeting powerful intensity and rich crema.
