This blend combines Costa Rica Finca Tonita natural processed coffee and Ethiopia Samii Banko Gotiti fully washed coffee. The Costa Rica component provides honeyed sweetness, gentle berry acidity, and creamy mouthfeel, while the Ethiopia component adds floral aromatics, juicy citrus fruit, and tropical liveliness. The blend has notes of peach, forest berries, orange blossom, and honey, finishing with silky black tea elegance. It won Bronze Award in the Espresso Category at the Australia International Coffee Awards.

Tad Coffee Company
Terence Tan, Singapore's National Barista Champion in 2017, founded Tad Coffee Company in 2018 alongside a group of friends with a combined 30 years of experience across roasting, barista training, and operations. The roastery holds Halal certification and sources from Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Sumatra, with the team providing SCA and ASEAN Coffee Federation certified training programs. Tad's blends earned consecutive Bronze awards at the Australian International Coffee Awards in 2019 and 2020, and their Ethiopia Moyo Nyekundu G1 took Bronze in the Pour Over Single Origin category in 2022. Tan went on to win the Singapore Cup Tasters Championship in 2023.
