Stinger is a medium roast cold brew blend combining Organic Guatemala ADISQUE and Organic Honduras CAUFUL. The blend features flavor notes of brown sugar, toffee, and clementine. This coffee is specifically designed as a house cold brew blend.
Alvarium Roasting launched in January 2022 as a sister venture of Alvarium Beer Company in New Britain, Connecticut. The business is owned by Kate Bugnacki, Michael Larson, and Brian Bugnacki, with Jacob Failla directing roasting operations. All coffee is roasted to order weekly and sourced ethically from multiple countries, with the blends carrying bee and nature themed names that reflect the parent brand's identity. The roastery operates a retail café at its New Britain headquarters alongside a second location at the GastroPark in West Hartford, and the partnership with the brewery creates opportunities for beer and coffee collaborations.
