This blend combines mostly Swiss Water decaffeinated coffee with a strawberry co-fermented coffee, creating a low-caffeine offering. The strawberry coffee component is grown and produced by Brayan Alvear, a 19-year-old producer in Colombia. The blend is sourced from Comayagua and El Paraiso regions in Honduras, and Colombia, at altitudes between 1800-2100 meters. The processing methods include washed Swiss Water decaffeination and natural anaerobic co-fermentation.
