Founded in 2019 by Air Force veteran Parker Russell after a deployment to Niger where care packages of quality coffee sparked his dream to inspire others, Black Ink Coffee Company emerged from a successful Kickstarter campaign with a mission to fuel dreamers' ambitions. Russell left his law enforcement career in 2015 to join the Air Force and was deployed to Niger, where a delivery of quality coffee made him nostalgic and inspired him to encourage others brewing about their hopes and dreams, and now operates a veteran-owned specialty coffee roastery in Jaffreywhile running Operation Caffeination, shipping free coffee care packages to deployed military members.
