Beans are handpicked and dried whole, unpeeled, on a patio (natural/dry process), which develops a pronounced body and aroma. Roasted to a dark level, this coffee delivers full body with smoky, earthy character and dark chocolate notes, with additional tasting mentions of raisin, clove, and pepper.
