Natural process coffee from Izuba Washing Station in Runinya, Burundi. Cherries are sourced from three surrounding hills: Kigeri, Ryamukona, and Mugoyi. The coffee undergoes floating and wet sorting before approximately 30 days of sun drying. The natural process allows fermentation to develop natural sweetness and juiciness in the cup.
