Swingset Blend is a specialty blend combining coffees from Brazil and El Salvador. The Brazil component contributes chocolatey and caramel characteristics, while El Salvador brings fruity notes. Fully washed processed coffee with a medium roast level (16% DTR). The blend offers a full body with an almost savory element, featuring flavor notes of tropical fruit, caramel, and milk chocolate.
Webe Coffee opened in Phoenix in early 2023, founded by TJ Sutton after a ten month buildout of the original location. The roastery operates a 20 kilogram production roaster alongside an Ikawa Pro sample roaster, sourcing specialty grade beans from origins including Colombia and Ethiopia. Sustainability is woven into the daily operation, from compostable packaging to donating used coffee grounds to local composters. It is a young roastery building its identity around intention and care at every step of the process.
