Grown at Zou Zhou Farm in Alishan, Taiwan (≈1300m), this Gesha variety is natural processed with 26 days of raised-bed drying in a greenhouse. Light roasted, it presents mango puree, rose, and sugarcane with bright malic acidity, offering delicate floral and fruity character.
