This fully washed peaberry from Lukulu in Tanzania's Mbozi District is produced by a community-based cooperative of smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1,500–1,700 meters. Hand-sorted cherries are depulped, fermented for 1–2 days, washed in fresh water, and dried on raised beds over two weeks. The bright, clean cup offers lemon glaze, green grape, and baking spice with a vibrant acidity. Flavor notes include yuzu, fruit tea, lemon zest, and as it cools, spirulina apple juice, fragrant hops, and herbal complexity.

Inheritance Coffee Roasters is an artisanal micro roastery in Pensacola, Florida, roasting fresh weekly in small batches with an emphasis on quality over volume. The company partners with Sweet Maria's, a specialty green coffee importer, to source single origin beans that showcase distinct flavor profiles from each growing region. Inheritance operates a coffee cart that serves downtown Pensacola and travels to Mobile, Destin, and the 30A corridor, bringing its roasts directly to customers outside of a traditional café setting. The focus throughout is on transparent sourcing and precise roasting, letting the character of each lot come through without embellishment.
