Tanzania Ngorongoro Crater Honey

Coffee from Edelweiss Estate on the edge of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in northern Tanzania. Grown at 1600–1800 m and produced from Kent, Bourbon and SL28 varieties, the beans undergo a honey process with reported double fermentation. Light-roasted, the cup shows bright citrus acidity, apricot sweetness and maple-syrup-like sweetness and body.
