This single-origin coffee is from the Guji region of Ethiopia, processed at the Uraga Washing Station. It is grown at altitudes between 1900-1950 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes a washed process with meticulous fermentation in 12 state-of-the-art tanks. Ripe cherries are handpicked and carefully sorted, with over-ripe and under-ripe beans separated before pulping. After natural fermentation, the coffee is gently washed and dried on over 280 labeled drying beds. The coffee features a tea-like body with citric acidity and flavors of Jasmine Tea, black tea, citrus, and peach.
As one of Lisbon's pioneering specialty coffee roasters, Fabrica was founded with the vision of bringing the entire coffee process under one roof. They were among the first in the city to roast in-house, creating vibrant community hubs where customers could see the journey from green bean to cup. Their philosophy centers on making high-quality, freshly roasted coffee an integral part of the daily urban experience.
