A natural-processed Thai Arabica from Sirinya Coffee (Supon Chaosuwanvilai) in Mae Suai, Chiang Rai, grown at 1300–1500 m. Blend of Catuai, Typica and Chiang Mai varieties, light roasted to preserve bright fruit character. Tasting notes highlight raspberry, peach and sangria-like complexity with orange aroma and lingering honey/syrup sweetness. Recommended for espresso, V60, cold brew and AeroPress.
