A specialty Robusta from Thung Chang village in Nan Province, Thailand, processed using a semi-washed method with overnight fermentation. The coffee exhibits an arabica-like profile with cranberry, red currant, lime, and walnut flavor notes, complemented by a velvety milk chocolate body. Lighter in mouthfeel than typical Robustas, with brighter acidity and vibrant fruit flavors. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.

The selection specializes in Hawaiian coffees from Kona and Ka'u regions alongside carefully selected producers from Panama, Jamaica, and Vietnam.
