This coffee originates from Rwanda, specifically from the Rugali processing station located on the shores of Lake Kivu. The station is operated by two young, innovative coffee enthusiasts and has been in operation since 2016. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1450-1750 meters and consists of Red Bourbon variety. It is processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features raspberry, berry notes, burnt caramel, aromatic wood, and milk chocolate. Rugali coffee has been selected multiple times for use in national and international barista championships.
