This single estate coffee is from Sitio Aqua Limpa farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The coffee is grown at 1100 meters elevation and features Arara and Red Catuai varieties. It is processed using the natural method, resulting in flavor notes of milk chocolate, brown sugar, and black cherry.
