This is a half-caff coffee from the Popayán region of Colombia. The Meseta de Popayán area in the Andean mountain range provides optimal climatic conditions for specialty coffee cultivation. Half of the beans are naturally decaffeinated using the environmentally-friendly Sugarcane E.A. process, while the remaining half are processed through traditional washed methods. The result is a balanced 50/50 split of caffeinated and decaf coffee that offers the characteristics of a single origin Colombian coffee.
