This coffee is from Costa Rica, produced by Max Salazar Rodriguez at Finca La Isabela. It features the Geisha Kenya variety grown at 1700-1800 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes anaerobic washed processing (Lavado Anaerobico), involving 24 hours of oxidation, washing and disinfection, followed by 72 hours in a bioreactor with naturally occurring microorganisms at 25-35°C, then drying on raised beds for over 28 days. The flavor profile includes watermelon, strawberries with cream, passion fruit, and lemon pie notes.
