About This Coffee

The Duet is a 50/50 whole-bean collaboration blend packaged as a 10oz (283g) jar. It combines a Colombian honey-processed Chiroso (producer: Pedro Echavarria) with a Santa Barbara, Honduras Paraneima natural (producer: Javier Fernandez). Each half of the blend is roasted separately—one by Proud Mary and one by Onyx Coffee Lab—then combined for a versatile coffee suitable for multiple brew methods.
