About This Coffee

Las Flores is a single-origin whole bean coffee from Honduras, sourced from Finca Flor del Campo in the Santa Barbara region at 1600 meters above sea level. Produced by Maria Dolores, this naturally processed coffee features the Parainema variety — a hybrid cultivar developed by the Honduran Coffee Institute (IHCAFE) through selective breeding of the Sarchimor variety for rust resistance. Tasting notes include tropical fruits, strawberry, jammy character, vanilla, and a juicy mouthfeel.
