About This Coffee

A microlot from Ronald and Noelia, producers within the Gold Mountain Coffee Growers cooperative, grown in Las Nubes — a community on the boundary between Jinotega and Matagalpa, Nicaragua. The high-altitude area with low-lying clouds slows cherry maturation, developing greater sweetness and complexity. Varieties include Yellow Catuai, Red Catuai, and a small amount of Ethiosar. The cup is bright and balanced with a silky texture and notes of Golden Pear, Lemon, and Chamomile.
