This single-origin coffee is from Finca El Molino in Ataco, located in the Cordillera Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador. It is grown at an altitude of 1,350 meters above sea level by producer Andrés Salverría of JASAL. The coffee is made from the Bourbon variety and processed using the washed method. Flavor notes include blueberry, cocoa, and sugarcane.
