It features a base of 85% washed Ethiopian coffee from the Refisa Washing Station, combined with 15% co-fermented Colombian coffee from the Los Patios Wet Mill. This medium roast offers a complex flavor profile with notes of peach, complex citrus, black tea, and milk chocolate. It is crafted to be both clean and approachable while showcasing dynamic, fruit-forward characteristics from advanced fermentation techniques.
