This decaffeinated coffee is sourced from a variety of farms in the Huila and Tomila regions of southwest Colombia. The coffee uses a sugar cane decaffeination process, also known as the ethyl-acetate process, which uses a naturally occurring organic compound produced by the fermentation of fruits. This process is conducted locally in Colombia, reducing the carbon footprint. The coffee provides a rich syrupy cup with grape sweetness and well-rounded mouthfeel, featuring tasting notes of malt loaf, golden syrup, vanilla, and grape.
Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, this roastery is committed to sourcing and roasting the best possible coffee, fostering relationships from producer to consumer.
