This peaberry espresso is from Costa Rica (Chirripó, West Valley, Tarrazú), sourced from Finca Doña Elsa and neighbouring smallholders. Varieties: Typica, Geisha, SL28. Washed processed, offering nougat, peach, grape and milk chocolate notes with a smooth, chocolatey profile suited to espresso; medium-dark roast and medium body.

Supremo Coffee Roasters is a proper family affair, launched by the Braune clan back in 2005 in Unterhaching after they fell in love with the California coffee scene and decided to bring that high-quality vibe home to Germany.
