Brothers Davide and Andrea Cobelli founded Garage Coffee Bros in early 2019 in Verona, combining Davide's professional specialty coffee training background with Andrea's engineering expertise in Industry 4.0 to build a roastery where artisanship meets technology. Davide won the 2020 Italian Coffee Roasting Championship, bringing competitive credibility to an operation that provides cupping scores and detailed tasting notes for every coffee it sells. The roastery also operates a Coffee Training Academy, extending the brothers' commitment to education beyond the roaster and into the broader Italian specialty community. Their flagship store in the heart of Verona's city center offers a cozy space staffed by knowledgeable baristas, serving coffees roasted with specific profiles for different brew methods. Garage Coffee Bros' name combines Davide's two passions, coffee and cars, and the operation's emphasis on respect for the supply chain, environmental responsibility, innovation, and fresh crop sourcing makes it one of the Veneto region's most principled specialty roasters.
