Brothers Davide and Andrea Cobelli founded Garage Coffee Bros in early 2019 in Verona, combining Davide's professional specialty coffee training background with Andrea's engineering expertise in Industry 4.0 to build a roastery where artisanship meets technology. Davide won the 2020 Italian Coffee Roasting Championship, bringing competitive credibility to an operation that provides cupping scores and detailed tasting notes for every coffee it sells.
