El Tractor is a blend of three medium roasted beans from Brazil (Cerrado region, Veloso variety), Colombia (Huila region, Caturra variety), and Kenya (Mt. Kenya region, SL28 variety). All beans are processed using the natural dry method. The coffee features flavors of pure chocolate, caramelized almonds, and a hint of lime, with blackberry notes and a wine-like finish. It has a medium aroma, pleasantly full body, and low bitterness.
