This blend combines Ethiopian and Brazilian coffees. The Ethiopian component is from the Kercha District in Guji zone, sourced from smallholder farmers through the Guji Kercha station, at altitudes of 1150-2200 meters. It features Heirloom varieties and is processed using a wine process (natural with yeast-assisted controlled fermentation). The Brazilian component is from Minas Gerais region, specifically Fazenda Pedrão, featuring Arara variety processed naturally at 1150 meters. The coffee offers full-bodied and sweet characteristics with flavor notes of blackberry, chocolate, and red wine, with a creamy, velvety texture.
