This blend combines Colombian El Indio and Brazilian Eagle Monte Carmelo coffees. The Colombian component, grown at high altitudes in Tolima, provides intense blackberry and cherry notes with a boozy sweetness. The Brazilian component from Cerrado Mineiro adds a creamy, rounded body with notes of milk chocolate and hazelnut. Both components are naturally processed, resulting in a syrupy, full-bodied cup with a jammy fruit profile and a long, comforting finish. This coffee is suitable for both espresso and French press brewing methods.
